Tiffaney Dickey, Founder

Tiffaney Dickey is founder and president of Changing Leaves, a human resources training and consulting firm located in Los Gatos, California.  Changing Leaves provides customized training and program development in the areas of change management, performance management, time management, staffing and retention.

With over a dozen years of human resources experience in both start up and Fortune 500 companies, Tiffaney's expertise is in helping organizations succeed through changing business and market climates.

Tiffaney has developed a wide variety of successful human resources programs for organizations navigating through lay-offs, reorganizations, fast growth, hiring freezes and hiring frenzies.  Supplemented by training, these programs have enabled many organizations to manage change and increase performance.

Tiffaney's consulting and training experience has included organizations such as Attachmate, Altera, Global Village, and non-profit organizations such as the Kearns City Council and the Kearns Coalition (host of the 2002 Olympic Speed Skating Events).

Tiffaney previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Synapta.  Prior to that her experience included organizations such as:  Applied Materials, Alternative Resources Corporation, and ICOT Corporation.
